Hi everyone, Welcome back! How are you? It's nice to see that you all survived that arctic blast yesterday. Good lord. We were reminded that technically this is still fall. That's just insane. BDH and Little Buddha have been watching the snow come down, but don't worry, they also made you a fresh pot of coffee. I understand it's ready to go, so help yourself to a nice medium DD, and let's clear out some Saturday Clutter! The Clutter staff is of the opinion that season 9 of Doctor Who was almost close to perfect, so we're not loving the... Read more →

Originally published: July 4, 2012 Hi everyone, Happy 4th of July to you all. BDH, Little Buddha and I are trying to figure out if we want to go to the movies today. Either way, you're welcome to come back tonight if you want to watch the fireworks with us. (Note: We keep the volume down on the TV, because the two of them don't like loud noises.) In the meantime, have a great day, enjoy this bit of Classic Real American Clutter, and we'll see you back here again for more fun soon. Originally published: July 2, 2011 Hi... Read more →

Hi everyone, Welcome back! Come on in, make yourself comfortable. I have to warn you ahead of time that we're moving slowly at Clutter Headquarters right now. I don't know what happened, but apparently my body was allergic to sleep last night. I'm moving around like a zombie at the moment, but thankfully, BDH and Little Buddha are here to help pick up some of the slack. They tell me that the (extra strong) coffee is ready, so help yourself to a nice medium DD, and let's clear out some Wednesday Clutter. The Boston Red Sox really needed a strong... Read more →

Hi everyone, Welcome back! Happy Friday to you all. I can't believe that Labor Day weekend is here. BDH and Little Buddha are having a hard time understanding that this means summer is over, and I'm with them. However, the increasing number of moving trucks in the neighborhood is a clear sign that September 1st is right around the corner. The chaos of moving weekend is really impressive in a way. The best part about it is being able to simply observe instead of participating. So, while everyone continues to pack up their belongings, we've got work to do. Help... Read more →

Hi everyone, Welcome back! How are we doing? Is everyone staying cool? BDH and Little Buddha are adamant that the A/C be on even when I'm not home, and it's hard to argue with them at the moment. I tried my best to keep it together yesterday, but I was overheated about two minutes into my walk to my meeting. Not a pretty sight, kids. It looks like it's going to be another scorcha out there today, so let's get ready. Make yourself comfortable, help yourself to a nice medium iced DD, and let's clear out a little Wednesday Clutter.... Read more →

Hi everyone, Welcome back. Happy Sunday to you all. We've got a lot to get through before the two big games today, so help yourself to a nice medium DD, and let's clear out some Clutter. I need your opinion on something, Clutterheads. Yesterday afternoon, I heard some noise by my door while we were clearing out Saturday's Clutter. I didn't think that much about it at first. I just assumed it was my neighbors or something, but after a few seconds, it didn't sound right. I suddenly found myself looking at my hallway, wondering if the door was about... Read more →

Hi everyone, Welcome back! How are you? It seems like it's been forever since we hung out. How was your Thanksgiving? I had a nice time at Mom Clutter's house, and then my high school reunion was on Saturday. My biggest take-away of the evening? All of my crushes from back then have aged very well. Seriously, it was great to see everyone. Now, it's time to get back to business. Help yourself to a nice medium DD, and let's clear out a little Monday Clutter. This proposal to make birth control pills available over-the-counter sounds interesting. Anything which would... Read more →

As a kid, I devoured every book about the Kennedy family that I could get my hands on. There were a few about President John F. Kennedy, a few about Robert Kennedy, and a few about the entire Kennedy family. I don't remember how I got so into learning about JFK's assassination, but by 5th grade, I could basically give you a minute-by-minute recap of the day's events, and tell you all of the major conspiracy theories. I actually still have a copy of the Warren Commission report in one of my bookcases. I had a large black and white... Read more →
