It was a remarkable outpouring of love from his family and friends. There were at least several hundred people in attendance, and I wouldn't be surprised if the total number passed 1000. Give Sammy Hagar credit: The 74-year-old singer (who turns 75 in October) is still out out there busting his ass. He doesn't need the money, especially given his successful tequila and rum ventures. The guy lives for singing and performing live in his sixth decade in the music business, and he still looks and sounds great. The faces around him change every so often, but the modern Jimmy Buffett is still delivering some old-fashioned rock. Hi folks, Welcome back. How are you? It's currently 57 degrees here, and it feels fantastic. BDH and Little Buddha say the forecast calls for a high of 80 degrees, with a "real feel" of...80 degrees. Hi everyone, How was the rest of your weekend? That was rough. As expected, we didn't do much besides try to stay cool. This heat wave is keeping me from garden time, and I don't care for that one little bit, especially when everything looks so nice. Hi folks, How are we all doing? Everyone staying cool? Yesterday was actually fairly manageable during the day, as long as I never moved more than a foot away from the fan. The night was brutal, though. It was soupy, even with the fan blowing. BDH and Little Buddha don't really want to tell me tonight's forecast, so that's not a good sign.
