Hi everyone, Welcome back! How are you? I was just talking to BDH and Little Buddha about whether or not it's time to reconsider going back to the gym. It may not be the safest of places, but it's been almost six months since the last time I was there, and I can feel it, physically and mentally. I also know I'll need a substitute for garden time and bike rides in about a month or so. Running on the treadmill can probably fill some of that void, but I would also like to pick up a barbell or two.... Read more →
