Welcome back. Happy Sunday to you all. We've got a lot to get through before the two big games today, so help yourself to a nice medium DD, and let's clear out some Clutter.
I need your opinion on something, Clutterheads. Yesterday afternoon, I heard some noise by my door while we were clearing out Saturday's Clutter. I didn't think that much about it at first. I just assumed it was my neighbors or something, but after a few seconds, it didn't sound right. I suddenly found myself looking at my hallway, wondering if the door was about to open, because it really sounded like someone put their keys in the lock.
Nothing happened after a few minutes, and I almost let it go, but I could still hear noises, so I got up to check it out. I opened my front door, and there was a guy (early-mid 20's, black sweatshirt) with a long narrow box next to him. He looked startled when I opened the door and asked if I could help him. His response was, "I'm sorry, I was supposed to deliver this package to my girlfriend's place, but I think I've clearly been given the wrong address." I asked him what was in the box. He told me it was a bed rail, and it did seem to be about the right size for that. He apologized again for the intrusion (interesting choice of words) and then quickly disappeared down the back stairs of Clutter Headquarters.
So here's my question, kids. Do we think the guy was trying to break into Clutter Headquarters? I wouldn't have thought twice if he was a delivery man who had been given the wrong address, but he doesn't know where his girlfriend lives? Is that weird, or am I just over-thinking this, because we all know that's not something I ever do/the primary reason this website exists? Thoughts?
Okay, moving on, the big game is finally almost here! BDH, Little Buddha and I have all been waiting a year for this! In fact, the two of them already have their seats to make sure they have the best view in the place later today. It's the best competition on television, hands-down. It's the one, the only, Puppy Bowl IX! We're so excited! Seriously, it's two hours of puppies with ADD chasing after each other until it's time to get a drink of water, or until they get distracted by the cameras. Even if you're not a dog person (though you should seek help for that), it's impossible not to grin for the entire length of the show. BDH in particular thinks it's Christmas in February, and I can't disagree. I mean, come on, how can you even just watch the highlights and not smile? It's physically impossible:
As far as that other game goes, I wish the two teams could switch coaches, because I like John Harbaugh more than Jim Harbaugh on multiple fronts, but there's no way I'm rooting for Ray Lewis and the rest of the Baltimore Ravens, so go, Niners!
Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers reunited at the NFL awards show, and it was like they were long-lost brothers who were ecstatic to see each other again. Okay, so maybe it wasn't like that.
Saddened to hear about the death of former Navy SEAL Chris Kyle who was shot and killed by a former Marine who is apparently suffering from PTSD.
RIP Andre Cassagnes. The inventor of the Etch-A-Sketch (which was also known as "Mitt Romney's campaign manual,") was 86 years old.
Texas Governor Rick Perry (R) says the Boy Scouts should absolutely continue to ban gay members. How's that secession project coming along? Remember that time when Governor Perry was taken seriously as a presidential candidate, and then he spoke and popped that balloon?
Alison Brie stopped by Late Show with David Letterman last week and confirmed an interesting bit of news regarding her show, Community, which returns on Thursday.

Johnny Depp as notorious mobster Whitey Bulger? I don't see it. Are Matt Damon and Ben Affleck still going to do a Bulger project? I'd be much more inclined to see that one.
Okay kids, that's going to do it for now. We clearly need to close things out with some more puppies, so here are some highlights from Puppy Bowl VII for today's, "Clip of the Day."
That's just awesome.
Thanks for stopping by, everyone. It was great to see you, as always. Have a great rest of your day, and you're certainly welcome to come back and watch both games with us if you like. BDH and Little Buddha will be happy to run across the street and pick up a pizza and some beer. Otherwise, be good, and we'll see you back here again for more fun soon. For now, that's today's Clutter, and we are outta here.
