Wednesday Clutter

Hi everyone, Welcome back! Well, if you're here, and I'm here (along with BDH and Little Buddha), and there's some fresh coffee brewing, that can only mean one thing. It's time to clear out some Clutter! Let's do it... Herman Cain's presidential campaign begins its death spiral as Cain tells aides he's reassessing whether he can go forward in light of the fact that new allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior keep coming his way without pause. Cain may be debating the viability of his campaign, but some people are already jumping ship as two of his NH endorsers have moved... Read more →

Get This Man a Job

Hi everyone, I let BDH and Little Buddha use the computer after I finished writing today's Clutter. They've been watching this video for hours now, and they insist I post it as a bonus "Clip of the Day." You know I can't say no to them, so here it is. I must say that this guy in the sunglasses really seems to know what he's talking about, plus he's clearly comfortable in front of a camera. Someone should hire him to be a television pundit, don't you think? Read more →

Tuesday Clutter

Hi everyone, Welcome back to the land of the random. How's your week looking so far? BDH and Little Buddha just made the coffee, so have a seat, grab a medium DD, and let's get down to business. Massachusetts politics was thrown into a frenzy yesterday when longtime congressman Barney Frank announced he'll retire next year. Representative Frank, a passionate progressive and openly gay man with a razor-sharp wit, and zero tolerance for those he considered fools, has been in Congress since 1980. He had a bruising election contest against Republican Sean Bielat last year, and his newly-drawn district will... Read more →

Monday Clutter

Hi everyone, Happy Monday to you all. Come on in, come on in. Have a seat. BDH and Little Buddha are off reviewing the archives to find their nominees for the "2011 Best of Clutter," so it's just you and me today. Can you believe that December is just a few days away? That's nuts. We should come up with a plan to make sure that December is a great month and that the year ends on a positive note. However, we have some business to take care of before that though, so make yourself comfortable, enjoy your medium DD,... Read more →

Sunday Clutter

Hi everyone, Long time, no see! How was your Thanksgiving? We had a very nice one at Clutter Headquarters. BDH, Little Buddha and I all had way too much to eat and were comatose for a few days, but we're back and ready to get down to business. So, help yourself to a medium DD, and let's catch up on a little Sunday Clutter, shall we? We shall. Mitt Romney is the GOP presidential candidate with the big lead in the New Hampshire polls, but Newt Gingrich is the one getting the endorsement from the influential New Hampshire Union Leader.... Classic Clutter: Opening Day Clutter

Hi everyone, I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! BDH, Little Buddha and I still can't get off the couch, so we're going to have a little "Classic Clutter" today. Have a good day, and we'll be back soon with some new randomness. In the meantime, let's take a look back this year's Opening Day Clutter, when the season was still full of promise that the Red Sox would go 162-0, and Terry Francona would be manager for another 10 years at least. Ah, those were the days. See you all again soon! BDH, this is called a "Tums.... Read more →

Thanksgiving Clutter

Hi everyone, Thanks for stopping by today, we were just about to sit down at the kitchen table and give our thanks. As we pass around the food, I want to say that, among many other things, I'm thankful for both of the other members of the Clutter team. It's hard to believe that BDH only joined us nine months ago. I can't remember what this place was like without his happy little blue presence. I'm thankful for Little Buddha, who has been with me for almost 20 years now. We've been through many adventures together, and his kind smiling... Read more →

Wednesday Clutter

Hi everyone, Come on in. Happy day before Thanksgiving! BDH is running around all over the place in excited anticipation of his first turkey day. Little Buddha is just sort of sitting here, content as always. I'm sure you have a busy schedule today, so grab yourself a medium DD, and let's clear out some Clutter. The GOP held their 400th candidate debate last night. Jon Huntsman showed signs of life, Newt Gingrich broke somewhat with the party's hard-line anti-immigration platform, in an attempt to expand his base, and Mitt Romney tried to demonstrate that no one will be tougher... Tuesday Clutter

Hi everyone, It's great to see you, as always. Come on in. BDH and Little Buddha are just getting the coffee ready. Sorry we're moving a little slowly around here today. Those nighttime football games are just brutal. At least it's a short week though, right? Oh, where we go. Thanks guys. Okay, help yourselves to a medium DD, and let's clear out a little Clutter. To the surprise of no one, the deficit reduction super committee announced that they couldn't agree on anything and threw in the towel. This means that $1.2 trillion of automatic budget cuts are supposed... Read more →

Monday Clutter

Hi everyone, Come on in, make yourself comfortable. How was your weekend? Do you have all of your Thanksgiving Day shopping done? This is BDH's first turkey day, so Little Buddha is trying to explain to him how it works. I think his eyes got just a wee bit larger when he heard about all of the food. Anyway, let's not jump the gun. It's time to focus on the here and now, so grab yourself a nice medium DD, and let's kick off the week with a little Monday Clutter. It will be interesting to see if there are... Read more →
