Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda Announces First Solo Tour

Linkin Park co-founder/vocalist Mike Shinoda announced that he'll be on the road for his first solo tour this fall.  There will be 22 shows across North America from October 10 to November 17, as Shinoda promotes his new album, Post Traumatic.  The tour, which follows a handful of festival appearances overseas, is Shinoda's first trip across Canada and the United States since the death of Chester Bennington in 2017, and we're curious to see how it goes.  The multi-talented Shinoda wore a number of hats in Linkin Park and was one of the main reasons for the band's extraordinary success.  However, will Linkin Park fans return in the face of the absence of the charismatic Bennington?

We don't know the answer, so we'll just have to wait and see.  However, we wish Mike Shinoda the best of luck.  Recovering from the suicide of someone close to you is an intense battle, and we hope that Shinoda has found a path that enables him to successfully move forward.
